Salon Etiquette
A visit to our salon should always be an enjoyable experience for everyone.
To help your visit run smoothly we want to share with you a few thoughts of how we would like this to look.
No Shows and Cancellations
If you need to cancel your appointment we require 24 hours notice. Our appointments are in demand so with that notice we can fill that space.
Cancellations within a shorter time frame will incur a full charge.
No shows are not acceptable at any time and will incur a full charge and a future appointment may not be offered.
Arrive on time
Please arrive on time for your appointment, we allocate a certain amount of time for each service and we need all of this time to make sure you get the service you deserve and to allow us to keep on track and not run into the next clients appointment. Depending on how late you arrive this will lead to a shortened service.
Pre book
We can be extremely busy at different times of the year and to ensure you get the date and time you want with your preferred stylist it is important to pre book a few weeks in advance and if you are a regular client we highly recommend you to rebook when you are checking out at the front desk.
We know things happen in life and that can throw schedules off but and we will always try to accommodate you wherever possible.
Bringing your child
Children are always welcome, however some services can take 3 or 4 hours and sometimes longer so on these occasions it’s best to leave the little ones at home so you can relax and enjoy your experience with us.
If you need to bring them along for the shorter service we kindly request you ask them to sit quietly on our sofa so other clients can enjoy their experience too.
Complaints
If you are not happy with your hair or the service given please let us know, we would much rather be given the chance to rectify a situation than lose your valued custom.
